Exciting Career Opportunity: Package Sort Supervisor
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
Pay: Starting at $20-$22/hour + full benefits (401K, healthcare, sick/paid time off)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Lead the Team: Assign daily tasks and ensure everyone is set up for success.
Stay Organized: Oversee pallet organization and ensure efficiency during operations.
Teach and Mentor: Train and guide your team to sort packages accurately and efficiently by location.
Make an Impact: Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills every day.
Foster Respect: Manage your team with professionalism and create a positive work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Leadership Skills: Previous experience managing or supervising a team is a must.
Physical Stamina: Able to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and problem-solving skills.
Reliability: Consistent attendance and dependable performance are essential.
