Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily valet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Manage and schedule valet attendants and cashier staff.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
Develop and implement parking strategies to maximize efficiency.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain relationships with venue management and event coordinators.
Ensure safety protocols are followed, and equipment is maintained.
Track operational data, prepare reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of valet management experience or a similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and problem-solve quickly.
Experience with scheduling, employee management, and training.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
