Looking for Class A drivers (solo or team) to join our team. You must have a minimum of 2 years driving experience (reefer), and must have a clean DMV driving record (MVR). We are seeking loyal/mature people that are interested in a long term relationship with an honest company. While starting out and proving yourself for a short time, drivers will earn .50 to .55 cents for solo, or .65 cents for team (DOE) for all actual odometer miles.
Lease Owner Operators earn 80% of load rate, which includes financing, company signs, dispatch, trailer rent, and use of our fuel card with substantial discounts (30-99 cents per gallon). Example earnings: a solo driver can make 2 trips a month from WA to VT, grossing $30,000 - $32,000. After all expenses, would take home $9000 to $10,000 while buying your own truck. A solo driver can see the same numbers running 6 trips a month from WA to CA.
We have dedicated year round loads from Vermont - Washington, Oregon to the Northeast. We also have round-trip loads from California to Washington. We will keep you as busy as you want to be, aggressive solos are legally driving +14,000 miles a month.
We currently have available a 2023 Western Star, and will have two 2022 Peterbilts in the near future. Our fleet is always properly maintained with things fixed right away.
