Copywriter/ Journalist Needed
Project:
We are in production of an internet web series entitled The Subverted Method. As we move forward, we intend to expand our cast, crew and other networks. In this case, we aim to bring on a writer to handle various tasks including managing content intended to be shared on digital platforms, social media, print and other promotional materials. Candidates must agree to a compensation plan of $200 monthly in addition to $120 a day up to an 8-hour work session when needed on set and a greater contract.
Expectations:
Ideal candidates are expected to explore the production and its capacity with the blend of words and images. Candidates should be able to complete content requirements within an hour each week. Communication and organization are critically important to our production and candidates must supplement our capacity at all times. Candidates should desire to be on camera for BTS content.
⢠Must have significant technical and creative prowess as a writer.
⢠Must reside in Los Angeles or Orange County.
⢠Must have experience with professional writing.
⢠Must have a strong understanding of journalism.
⢠Must have exceptional communication skills, fun and easy to work with.
⢠Photography and video skills are a plus.
Additionally, comfort perks such as transportation and meals will be offered at no expense.
THESMProject:
The Subverted Method is an absolutely original experimental science fiction web series about the development of unconventional technology and its newfound social/political presence within the modern world. The series launched on YouTube and was recently funded on Kickstarter.
