Description Growing manufacturing company is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to join their rapidly expanding company. This position is for candidates who can enter, post and reconcile batches, research and resolve customer A/R issues, prepare aging reports, place billing and collection calls, maintain cash receipts journal, and update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L. Confirm documents and codes are correct
Handle a range of basic accounting tasks using standard procedures
Communicate with clients to settle payment issues and help create a payment plan
Reconcile bank accounts, posting and balancing financial data in various ledgers
Supply shippers, customers, the sales/marketing department and other stake holders with information as requested
Maintain, relate, and promote the mission, values and culture of the organization
Process payments and compiling segments of monthly closings and annual reports in compliance with GAAP
Requirements - AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field
2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable
Demonstrated analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy
Proficient in ERP systems
Be detailed, flexible, and organized
Accounts receivables systems experience
B2B collections experience preferred
Foundational knowledge in Accounts Receivable (AR)
Deep understanding of Collections
Comprehensive knowledge of B2B collections
Proven knowledge of billing
