A CPA firm is seeking a full time bookkeeper to join our firm in Rancho Mirage, CA. We are looking for an individual that already has QuickBooks Desktop & QuickBooks Online knowledge.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Assist clients with bookkeeping knowledge
-Be able to use QuickBooks for Data Entry and Bank Reconciliation
-Knowledge of Quickbooks Online
-Have a basic knowledge of Accounting Principles and ability to explain journal entries
-Able to work independently and efficiently
-Able to communicate clearly and strong in customer service skills
-Must be proficient is MS Office Software
-Flexible Hours

Minimum Requirements:
-Must have an AA in Accounting and working towards Bachelors
-Minimum of 3-5 years of bookkeeping / accounting experience.
