Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Monitor and collect unpaid accounts.
- Process payroll and help manage time keeping functions
- Collaborate with different departments to gather financial information
- Prepare financial reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial obligations.
- Utilize Service Titan software for streamlined management of accurate costing.
- Integrate and manage financial data in QuickBooks.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Undertake additional bookkeeping and financial tasks as required.
Qualifications:
-Four-year degree in accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Service Titan & QuickBooks software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
