Is hiring for Area Manager position located in Indio/Desert Cities area.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Supervise and facilitate crew activities on jobs within a specific area.
WORK HOURS
Typical hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
SALARY RANGE
Starting salary is $110,000.00 up to $140,000.00 annually, DOE.

REGULAR JOB DUTIES
PROJECT SUPERVISION:
Daily supervision will consist of, but is not limited to:
Reporting to the City Inspector with location information
and maintaining an open line of communication.
Supervise crew personnel to ensure proper pruning standards are used.
Traffic control setup and maintenance of coned area.
Supervision and protection of property from damage.
Immediate notification of City Inspector upon damage of personal property to include plan for corrective measures to take place.
Ensure city streets are left free of any debris at the end of each workday.
Maintain record of work completed each day.
Always maintain good public relations.
Weekly supervision will consist of, but not limited to:
Weekly inspection of work completed.
Meeting with the City representative to review the work schedule.
Ensure standards of pruning are performed in accordance with specifications provided by the City.
Maintain open communication with City Inspector and field crew.
GENERAL MANAGEMENT:
Assist in billing documentation and delivery.
Establish priorities in grid and other work areas.
Maintain list tracking and inventory controls.
Participate in weekly management meeting.
Participate in daily scheduling of field crews.
Responsible and accountable for all crew paperwork.
Perform other duties as needed.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSES RECOMMENDED
Class B license
ISA Certified Tree worker
ISA Certified Arborist
