Construction Estimator/ Project Manager

Primary Job Functions
Schedule, manage, and deliver quality results to residential and commercial property owners experiencing water, smoke, wind, hail, and mold damage to their home or business. As a front-line employee you will interact with owners, property adjusters, property managers, and trades people on a daily basis.

Must excel in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking a strong problem solving skills are required for success
Ability to manage multiple projects and people simultaneously
Organized in a self-directed environment with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work overtime in the "emergency room of construction" 365/24/7
Dedicated to providing unparalleled customer service and a quality product
Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change
Ability to use iPad/iPhone/Smart Phone and be comfortable with new technology and job management systems
Clean background check with references and valid driver's license
Desired
Understanding of fire/water damage, mold remediation, and reconstruction
Insurance restoration industry and claims process experience
Residential and commercial construction knowledge
Xactimate and estimating software experience
Industry certifications and education - IICRC, Cal OSHA, CAD, Construction Management
Experience
3+ years in a fast-paced customer service oriented industry
