SRS-Builders is safely still growing even in these times. We are a well-established Full Service Design Building Firm located in Palm Desert and servicing the Coachella Valley. We are looking to fill a new position and grow our SRS family.
This position is for a New Project Manager. With the opportunity to grow with SRS-Builders and train to move up within the company. We love to advance within. It is Mon-Fri with a rare Saturday depending on scheduling. Compensation is dependent on experience of the individual hired
We are a looking for a professional who is a hard worker and customer service minded individual who is responsible, dependable, professional, detailed oriented, self-starter and someone who doesn't need to be micro- managed. With a proven track record of getting projects done on time & on budget. But still takes direction and follows through.
The position is salaried & based on experience. It is also full time at 40-45 Hrs. a week. Includes paid vacation and personal time off pay. If you are looking for a Full-Time, long term opportunity to grow with our team. Please keep reading. Our team is our family.
Position Requirements:
1. Min. 5 years in the construction business
2. Min. 3 years in a management position in the construction business
3. A proven track record of getting projects done on time and on budget
4. A clean & well maintained vehicle with title and insurance
5. Must be able to read blue prints
6. Speak and write English proficiently
7. Self-Starter (No Micro-Managing)
8. Great work ethic
9. Strong detailed organizational skills
10. Computer & cellphone literate
11. Open minded and ready to learn and grow
12. Bi-lingual in Spanish (Preferred)
13. Be able to multi-task
14. Have great verbal and written skills
15. Clean driving record (must be able to be insured to drive company vehicles)
16. Able to start up and close up projects
17. Able to perform safety and Pre-Con Meetings
18. Have their own basic hand & cordless tools
19. The willingness to want to learn more and advance within the company
Daily duties include:
1. Running 1-3 Projects at a time
2. Create & Maintain schedules on all projects
3. Manage vendors on time & on budget
4. Maintaining SRS Quality at all times
5. Work under the direction of Project Designer & Project Engineer
6. Perform weekly OAC meetings as needed
7. Able to use all the basic cordless and hand tools
8. Able to take charge when needed on project sites for safety & cleanliness
9. Communications with clients and vendors daily
10. Create, maintain & assist with construction project paper documents
11. Able to use our online App to upload, download, maintain & communicate
12. Observe and learn to grow
13. Help with deliveries
14. Able to use our online app to maintain
15. Most of all. Have fun doing your job
