We are looking for a highly motivated self starter to assist in our scheduling dept. You will work closely with the Project Coordinator and assist with day to day administrative items as well as scheduling coordination.
Qualifications:
-Proficient in Microsoft office applications (word, excel, outlook)
-Quick learner
-Multitasker - with the ability to work under tight deadlines
-Can operate all office equipment i.e. copier, fax and scanner
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions
-Ability to work under stressful conditions and successfully handle stressful situations effectively
-Planning and Organizing
-Ability to obtain the proper information through verbal, written, and personal contact
-Professional phone and email etiquette
-Detail Oriented
-Accountability
-Reliable
-Decisive
-Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
The hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. Remote is not an option.
