Looking for a person with great customer service skills and good computer skills to answer our phones and take reservations as well as send out confirmations to clients. Also to respond to email quote requests as well as email booking requests. We are a luxury transortation service that books rides to and from all Southern California Airports as well as weddings, corporate events and other types of transportation. Attention to detail and customer service skills are a must.
Our office is in Palm Springs near the Palm Springs Airport. Your training and work will be there most of the time. Once trained the right person may also be able to work from home when needed.
We are looking for a candidate that is interested in a seasonal job. Working 6 hours a day Monday thru Friday sometimes additional hours will be offered. The job ends in May each year as the season ends and the business isn't there for the position. The candidate would be off in the Summer and welcome to come back in September each year again. We need the position filled basically September 15th thru May 15th every year.
