Landscape Designer and Contractor managing multiple projects in higher-end Residential (Single and Multifamily) Design for Landscape and Swimming Pools from Los Angeles to San Diego Counties is looking for a seasoned landscape designer with experience in landscape construction in Southern California to help draw and prepare plans. Must have strong background in Planting Plans, Concept Plans, Hardscape, Elevations, Sections and preparing HOA and City Sets.
Willingness to do occasional paid site visits for documentation and field support is appreciated.
Must be hard working and reasonably creative. Take initiative. Hissy fits ok if you can still get the job done;)
This is on a remote and as needed basis with fees paid per project. Due to the specific and nuanced nature of LANDSCAPE and POOL DESIGN in the Southern California Markets, we're only looking for someone with this region-specific background presently. This is independent contract work. It is NOT for construction labor, employment, construction contracting, overseas gig-work or general-purpose drafting.
Ability to keep open communication, be reliable, and professional is important since we answer to other teams and must be sync'd. Semi quick turnarounds are often needed for concept plans. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
