Small but growing company in need of MATERNITY COVERAGE for current Executive Administrative Coordinator. Hotel experience strongly preferred. We are seeking a candidate with committed team spirit and a natural tendency towards cooperation and contribution to the whole. This position may extend into opportunities within the company.

Position reports to Vice President of Operations and handles a variety of administrative support task as well as interacting with operations team on a daily basis. Strong guest and team centric culture, encouraging input, sharing of ideas, and strategic and tactical thinking. Drama Free work environment.

Skills Required:

-Great communication skills, both verbal and written

- Self-sufficient and keen ability to follow up on pending task.

-Curious, willing to learn and take direction well

-Step forward with new ideas to improve the operation

-Some knowledge of Online Travel Agency interaction preferred

-Ability to multitask

-Ability to problem solve with assistance

-Ability to execute promotional marketing materials

-Comfortable in placing online orders

-Adept with online shared drive programs such as Dropbox and Google Sheets, Etc.

-Ensuring the executive office runs smoothly

-Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Fulltime preferred/ Part Time flexible with ideal candidate considered.

Job Duties:

Ordering of Supplies

Entering purchase receipts and Invoices into share drive

Reconciling month-end bank receipts

Daily check of online travel agency (aka: OTA's) issues as required

Monitoring elements of Property Management System (aka: PMS) as assigned.

Executing Promotional Specials and Packages in PMS

Resolving glitch issues in PMS and OTA's

Creating Spreadsheets, labels, templates, flyers, etc. as determined

Doing research for special projects as required.

Taking Meeting Minutes and distributing to the Team.

Ability to thrive in fast paced environment that is guest and team driven.

Print and distribute materials as necessary
