Professional Server needed for an established fine-dining restaurant. We are looking for a professional, customer-driven person with previous fine-dining serving experience and wine knowledge. You must be able to present yourself in a fine dining environment. Must be available to work Wednesday - Sunday 4:00pm or 5:00pm until 10:00 pm. Experience with Aloha is a plus. We are also looking for a professional, full-service bartender. Ability to earn excellent tips from bar customers as well as tips from each server (no pooling tips). The bar is the perfect size for one bartender to manage. The position includes providing drinks for the inside and patio customers, as well as full service for customers seated at the small bar. The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a bartender and experience with Aloha is a plus. Must be clean, organized, outgoing, a good personality, teamwork, respectful, and able to multitask. Knowledge of all basic cocktails and martini drinks and ability to be creative and introduce craft beverage cocktails. Experience with inventory, ordering, and restocking. Available to work Wednesday - Sunday 3:30 pm - 10:00 pm. Earned tips are paid daily. Only apply if you meet the minimum requirements. This is not a position to be trained as a bartender, you must already have the experience as a lead bartender for a busy fine-dining restaurant.
