Server requirements:
2 years of experience in the last 5 years
POS knowledge, flexible shifts.
Wine knowledge a MUST, Beer knowledge a PLUS, French speaking a PLUS

Bartender requirements:
1 year of experience, very little actual bar service but drinks for dining room.
Cocktails and Wine knowledge a MUST, Beer knowledge a PLUS
Managing inventory in wine cellar and bar area.
