We are seeking a dependable and personable Guest Attendant to join our team at our clothing-optional gay men’s resort in Palm Springs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
Position Overview:
As a Guest Attendant, you will play an important role in both the front-of-house and back-of-house operations of our resort. While your primary responsibility will be housekeeping, you will also assist with guest check-ins, reservations, and light grounds upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
-Housekeeping of guest rooms and common areas (primary focus)
-Greeting and welcoming new and returning guests
-Checking guests in/out and assisting with reservations
-Preparing and setting up a simple continental breakfast
-Light grounds maintenance and upkeep of pool and shared spaces
Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth guest experience
What We’re Looking For:
-Housekeeping experience preferred (not required — we will train the right person)
-Attention to detail is a must
-Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
-Friendly and professional demeanor with guests
-Team player willing to step in where needed
Schedule & Compensation:
-Part-time or full-time availability. Weekends and some holidays required.
-Competitive hourly pay, commensurate with experience.
