Position Overview:
As a Resort Guest Service Associate, you will provide exceptional service during our 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift. From smooth check-ins and tailored service to maintaining a pristine, welcoming environment, your role will be crucial in crafting unforgettable experiences. This is a dynamic, hands-on position perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment, with a mix of administrative skills and the ability to jump in and help with a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Check-Ins & Check-Outs: Welcome each guest like they’re the star of their own film with personalized check-in service.
- Retail Sales: Assist with on-site retail transactions, helping guests find that perfect souvenir or indulgence.
- Guest Experience: Provide exceptional, tailored service that makes each guest feel like they’re in their own personal movie.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare guest portfolios, manage reservations, and use systems like Excel, Word, and Reznexus (POS system experience a plus)
- Housekeeping & Laundry: Perform some housekeeping duties to keep the resort pristine, including room turnover and laundry.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Manage minor maintenance tasks such as low voltage electrical repairs, basic plumbing/pool, and general use of hand tools.
- General Resort Operations: Pitch in wherever needed to ensure smooth resort operations and an unforgettable guest experience.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong administrative and computer skills (Excel, Word, POS systems)
- Excellent people skills with a passion for delivering a personalized and unforgettable guest experience.
- Familiarity with Reznexus or similar reservation systems is preferred.
- Basic maintenance skills: low voltage electrical, plumbing, and hand tool usage.
- Comfortable in a clothing-optional, inclusive environment where creativity and individuality are encouraged.
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and the right attitude are key.
- Must be available for the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift, including weekends and holidays.
