What we are looking for¦
In this position, the ideal candidate will have responsibility to ensure all of Resort Home Destinations properties meet our high standards for housekeeping and guest arrival. This position will require excellent communication with a strong attention to detail. You will be assisting the Guest Experience Associate but also have your own set of projects and responsibilities.
As the Hospitality Associate, you serve as a brand ambassador, representing Resort Home Destinations in all your interactions. You are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences: you are a problem-solver, there to ensure that your guests have the best experience that exceeds expectations. You will be part of a small but growing team that requires a high degree of autonomy.
What youll do¦
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and willingness to do whatever it takes to offer a consistently and exceptional brand experience.
Inspect properties to ensure housekeeping requirements and standards are consistently met.
Manage the day to day Housekeeping Schedule
Full and light housekeeping as needed
Manage Housekeeping Vendors
Management of company's linens
Must be able to work without supervision and have excellent time management skills
Experience
At least 2 years of housekeeping experience preferably in the hotel environment
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Must be able to lift 25 pounds
Requirements
Evening, Weekend and holiday work required
Valid CDL and insurance.
Vehicle in good working order
Local References
This position is primarily in La Quinta however it may change as the company expands
Youll be doing work that matters alongside an experienced and dynamic team, providing a 5 Guest Experience. Of course, we will offer you pay and benefits, but were about more than that.
