Host/Hostess Position – $22/hr + Tips
We are a fine-dining restaurant located in Palm Springs and have been serving our community for over 30 years. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced Host/Hostess to join our team who is dedicated to providing exceptional service and a warm, welcoming environment for your guests.
Compensation:
$22/hour + tips

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using OpenTable.
Maintain the flow of the dining room to ensure smooth service
Communicate effectively with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to
manage table turnover and guest needs
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries with professionalism
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a fine-dining restaurant preferred
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
