Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service.
Leading and motivating staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Managing reservations, guest relations, and special events through OpenTable.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborating with the culinary team to maintain high-quality standards.
