Fast paced Breakfast/Lunch restaurant seeks responsible individual to oversee BOH operations for absentee owner. Candidate should have significant line cook experience in a breakfast environment or other. This is a working position that will also be responsible for staffing, ordering, receiving, product quality, facility cleanliness and food safety. Restaurant opens at for service at 7a and closes at 2p seven days a week year round. Compensation includes hourly salary plus percent of profits based on sales, profitability, and health department scores.
