Position: Festival Line Cooks, Prep Cooks and Dishwashers
Location: North Hollywood
Salary: $16/hour CASH plus tips. Payment will be distributed after completion of events
Job Type: 3 week contract must be available for all dates Coachella, Weekend 1 & 2, 12-14 & April 19-21, Indio, CA Stagecoach, April 26-28, Indio, CA
Pre-Qualifications:
Relevant Experience: Must have prior experience in a fast food or fast casual dining environment. Your experience will be the backbone of our efficient service.
References: 3 professional references are required, attesting to your timeliness, cleanliness, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting.
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and flexibility.
Availability: Must be available for ALL DATES and WILLING TO WORK UP TO 12 HOUR SHIFTS.
Team Player: We are looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, contributing positively to our collective success.
Duties: Your role will include, opening and closing the kitchen operation, running the line, bagging orders, dishwashing, food prep, taking inventory and keeping the kitchen organized and tidy on a daily basis alongside your team members, and any additional tasks to support team efforts.
Certification: A food handler’s card is required for this position.
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 7 YEARS OF RELEVANT COOKING EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
Participate in food preparation and dishwashing duties as required.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed service goals.
Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations as per the food handler’s card guidelines.
