Responsibilities:
Perform nightly audits of hotel financial transactions
Process guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Prepare daily financial reports and ensure accuracy
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
Requirements:
Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and handle overnight shifts
Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) a plus
