Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Residential/Commercial Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and organization of high-end estates and large office buildings. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, takes pride in their work, and can work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-Time (8 hours/day)- schedule can vary.
Duration: Temp to Hire.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of residential estates and commercial office spaces, including but not limited to:
o Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
o Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
o Polishing furniture and fixtures as needed.
o Emptying trash and recycling bins.
Handle deep-cleaning tasks on a scheduled or as-needed basis.
Restock supplies in bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas when required.
Report any damages or necessary repairs to management.
Follow cleaning checklists and ensure all tasks are completed to high standards.
Provide a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with clients and coworkers.
Requirements:
Proven experience cleaning large estates or commercial buildings.
Must provide own cleaning supplies and equipment.
Ability to work 8-hour shifts on a consistent schedule.
English-speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
Must successfully complete a background check.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Reliable transportation and punctuality.
