Essential Skills, Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
For Prep/Line Cook Position:
Prepare and cook food according to recipes (freshly made-to-order)
Work collaboratively with the team
Respond promptly to orders and maintain efficiency during peak hours
Multitask effectively
Adhere to food safety and cleanliness standards
Report any issues promptly to management
Be multi-task oriented and perform duties as assigned by management
For Server/Cashier Position:
Enter customers’ orders into the computer system accurately and process various types of payment
Maintain complete knowledge of the restaurant’s menu, beverage offerings, and workplace safety procedures
Interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding expectations
Serve tables and ensure the cleanliness and smooth operation of the dining area
Verify guests’ legal drinking age politely and monitor behavior after serving alcoholic beverages
Report to work in neat, clean attire with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene
Communicate mistakes, customer issues to management promptly and professionally
Be multi-task oriented and perform duties as assigned by management
