We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to work in a busy, clean, and professional kitchen to be in charge of the saute station on the line for setup and service. The candidate will be an assistant to the Chef de Cuisine and needs to assist the Chef with ordering and inventory. You must have previous experience as a Lead Saute Line Cook and a desire to learn more. The candidate needs to have a passion for food, using classic French cooking techniques. This is a great opportunity for the candidate who wants to learn more and expand their knowledge of fine dining cooking and plating. This is a great position for someone who wants to grow in their career. We are a family-owned and operated restaurant serving dinner only, 6 days a week. The candidate must be available to start their shift at 2:00pm.
