We’re a small 6-bed RCFE in Rancho Mirage looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our team. If you’re patient, kind, and motivated to make a difference, we’d love to meet you!
Shifts:
Day: 7 AM – 7 PM
Night: 7 PM – 7 AM
3–4 days per week
This is not private work
Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care (hygiene, grooming, bathing, toileting)
Prepare & serve meals, administer meds, monitor vital signs
Keep the home safe, clean, and comfortable
Support daily activities & social engagement
Requirements:
18+ with TB test, health screening, CPR/First Aid, and Live Scan clearance
Reliable, compassionate, flexible (including holidays/weekends)
Experience with elderly care preferred, training provided
