Front Office/ Back office Medical Assistant
We are a 2 provider interventional pain management office looking to hire a front office/back office medical assistant. Monday - Thursday and some Fridays.
Some of the responsibilities include but not limited to:
Answer busy multi line phone professionally and efficiently
Scheduling Patients
Verifying insurance and collecting co-pays
Maintaining good customer relationships
Screening faxes
Helping effectively manage and order inventory for the office and procedure room
Taking vitals, rooming patients
Entering information in our electronic medical record
SKILLS:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of medical practice protocols
Multitasking abilities
Ability to function efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Must be exceptionally organized and detail oriented
