Pediatric Dental Front Office (Palm Desert)

We are a fast paced pediatric dental practice looking for a welcoming, confident, and organized Front Office Coordinator who loves to "go the extra mile" and provide excellent customer service to patients and teammates alike. The right candidate should be comfortable and confident communicating well with any age group, possess a natural curiosity to learn, an openness to receiving feedback on improvement, and enjoy the unique challenges and rewards of working with children.
Duties will include: answering the phone, filing documents, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, scanning documents, calculating insurance breakdowns, and presenting treatment plans to patients.

Work schedule:
Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri 8am - 5pm (Lunch from 1:00 2:00)
Wednesdays 9am 6pm (Lunch hour from 12:00 1:00)
Flexible start time on Wednesdays
