Responsibilities:
Administer employee relations, benefits, and HR policies
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws
Assist with performance management processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of HR experience in a generalist role
Strong knowledge of HR laws and best practices
Public or government sector HR experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
