California based General contractor seeks job superintendent with minimum 5 years construction experience to supervise three story apartment building. Structure is above grade concrete podium with 2 story wood faming. The structure is getting ready for exterior stucco and inside drywall. Experience in supervision of wood frame apartments is a plus.
