3 days per week, 2 hours each day — some flexibility of days and time slot, but schedule must be fixed and regular.
Restore Order:
Light, Heavy, and Deep cleaning according to house proceedures (windows, ovens included)
skilled laundry including stain removal, some ironing,
upkeep: fine garments, furnishings, tableware, cookware, and facilities,
keep gentleman's wardrobe organized, clean, and ready to wear.
pack and unpack wardrobe for travel.
Not a Temporary Job, not "caretaking", intended to be long term.
Candidates must have:
Ability to lift 55 pounds; reach a shelf at 6 feet 5 inches
3 years experience performing similar paid cleaning, housekeeping, and personal valet service.
Cooking, plant care, sewing talent a plus.
Requires full background checks, and postal addresss for payment by check reported to IRS via W2,
nearby to be on-site quickly for occassional urgent tasks and accident cleanup.
Status: Hourly at-will W2 Employee, Form I-9 required
13th Month Rentention Bonus, worker's compensation insurance, FICU paid.
