Contractor looking for a qualified worker to help with demolition and construction in Palm Desert.
Must be able to start this Monday morning, 10/21/2024!
We are searching for a skilled handymen, painters, and all skills including general laborers.
This job to last 2-3 weeks. But there is room for growth and more projects with us in the area.
Requirements:
- 5+ years contractor or handyman experience
- Experience with commercial & residential maintenance and construction
- Valid driver’s license
Looking for skilled workers with experience to start ASAP
- Demo, drywall installations, texture application, framing
Also looking for other Construction experience:
- Welding & fencing
- Painting
- Tile installation
- Home & Commercial remodels, tear outs, landscaping, fence installation/repairs, plumbing, and more
- General laborers, clean-up, demolition, and other construction work
Must live in the area or close by (Moreno Valley, San Bernardino, Palm Desert, Indio, and surrounding cities). If not, you must be willing to commute to the job site.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to work alone and take orders
- Experience with commercial & residential maintenance and construction
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds, climb onto roofs, use ladders and be active while on job site
- Basic knowledge of emails & texting required - This position requires you to turn in reports of work completed with receipts and materials itemized daily
