About Us:
Fieldtrip, the premier luxury property management company in the High Desert, is seeking a flexible Independent Contractor to join our team. We oversee 28 high-end homes spanning Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree, and 29 Palms. Website: www.stayfieldtrip.com

Requirements: Own vehicle and basic tools
Preferred (not required): Experience in the hospitality industry 
Pay Range: $20-25 (experience-dependent)
Hours per week: 10-15
We are looking for some part-time help with projects on Friday and Sunday with an opportunity for more days during the week depending on the availability and needs of the company.
Basic Responsibilities Include:
Home Inspection Tasks: Complete our provided checklists for inspections on homes before guest arrival and after check out. Communicate with the rest of the team on any shortfalls or issues.
Supply Delivery and Organization: Assist with deliveries in the market for last-minute supply shortfalls at homes throughout the market. Organize incoming packages to the office and deliver them to storage/unpack as needed.
Coordinate with Vendors: No matter how hard we work to prepare our homes for guests, issues always seem to pop up. We have a strong team built and one of the basic requirements is to stay up on communications through our communication platform as well as make the occasional call to a plumber or electrician.
And much more: In the vacation rental industry you never know what the guests will throw at you next. Being able to handle guests and be professional is a big part of the job. We are looking for someone who thrives in high-stress situations.
