We are looking to hire a day porter for one of our shopping centers in Cathedral City. Some of the duties will include:
Patrolling the Property and the Parking Lot
Handyman Duties: Drywall patching, ceiling tiles changing, making sure all lights are working
Communicating with the tenants in Spanish and English language
Showing Vacant Units
Light Cleaning Work
Pressure washing sidewalks
Reporting back to management if issues arise
This will be a full time position on site. Hours are going to be 8- 4 pm monday thru friday or 9-5 pm
