Town and Desert Hospitality is looking to add a ‘Jack/Jill of All Trades’ to support our growing enterprise. We have 4 hotels that need support from everything to changing light bulbs to fixing leaky faucets and everything in between. We have a comprehensive work order system that keeps things organized. There is a very knowledgeable engineer on the team who can solve complex problems, but he needs a helper:
Job duties include assistance with:
-Plumbing issues
-Electrical Issues
-HVAC
-Washers/Dryers/Appliances
-Door Locks
-Internet Issues
-Television and Media Devices
-Furniture Repair
-Be able to access work support apps
We have a small but mighty team that is supportive and respectful. We are looking for another team member who can work well under pressure, communicate clearly, ask for and give help when needed and is ‘no drama’ easy going.
Lifting requirements: up to 50 lbs.
Comfort with using a ladder
Work is outside and inside, depending on the work order
Must be available weekends.
