Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at a busy apartment community in Coachella. This is a full-time temporary-to-hire opportunity with steady hours and long-term potential.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of apartment units and common areas
Troubleshoot and resolve basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the property
Assist with move-in/move-out preparations and inspections
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance experience in apartments, residential, or commercial settings preferred
Ability to perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
