Overview:
Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for an exciting opportunity? We're hiring! Join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our 120-unit apartment community. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting electrical systems, addressing residents' maintenance requests, and assisting with apartment turnovers.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including machinery inspection and cleaning.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
Supervise maintenance activities and ensure efficient operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed.
Follow safety protocols and comply with regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Proficiency in apartment turnovers, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
Strong skills in using hand and power tools, electrical testing equipment, and diagnostic tools.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective leadership skills for supervising maintenance activities.
Ability to work independently or within a team environment.
Job Details:
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour morning shifts
Work Location: In-person
