Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferable.
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine effective solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must have tools (but not required).
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
-Ability to walk up and down stairs thorough the day.
