Position: Full-Time/Part-Time Mechanic & Handyman
Location: Blairs Towing Inc, Landers Shop
Pay: Competitive, Based on Experience
Start Date: Immediate
### Job Description:
We are a fast-growing tow company seeking a versatile and skilled individual with experience in automotive and household repairs and maintenance. This position involves servicing our fleet trucks and undertaking a variety of projects, including installing engines and transmissions. Additionally, we are in the process of building structures at our Landers shop which will require skills in electrical work, drywall, and related areas.
### Responsibilities:
- Servicing and maintaining a variety of vehicles including cars, motorcycles, and diesel trucks.
- Performing installations of engines and transmissions.
- Undertaking electrical works, drywall installation, and other construction-related tasks for building structures.
- Managing routine maintenance checks and troubleshooting vehicle issues.
- Ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.
### Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a mechanic with knowledge of automobiles, motorcycles, and diesel engines.
- Experience with a variety of handyman tasks including electrical work and drywall installation.
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license.
### Working Hours:
Full-time positions are available, but part-time is also an option for the right candidate.
