Bochnewich Law Offices, APC seeks paralegal to manage a variety of tasks and assist Attorneys in probate litigation and probate practice. The candidate will have a paralegal certification or the requisite education and experience to be declared as a paralegal under the Cal. Business & Professions Code. Probate and discovery experience preferred. The new team member will be able to draft basic legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, motions, and briefs, discovery and summarize depositions. Candidates must be computer literate and be able to adjust to new technology, and be detailed oriented with some research capabilities.
