We are changing the world . . . how much is being determined! Some of our activities:
Teaming to build a wildlife corridor that physically connects the Sand to Snow National Monument and Joshua Tree National Park.
Constructing homes that create their own energy and provide an outrageous quality of life.
Designing Tiny homes so everyone has the dignity of having their own habitat.
Have position for someone who is versed in reaching out to the community, networking, fund raising, organizing, writing, Chat GPT. Experiences/skills that are helpful: work with Kickstarter, getting articles published, creating community groups, social media, an eye for photography.
Our activities are largely located in the high-desert mountains north, above Palm Springs, CA. Much of the work can be done virtually but familiarity with the desert and ability to get to the desert from time-to-time is valuable.
We have a lot of resources to bring to the table, real estate, support staff, multiple facilities with guest/visitor accommodations, large meeting areas (i.e. two private wifi lounges, forum for 150 people, outdoor amphitheater for 400), players in the community, legal on staff, corporate entities . . . to name a few. However, this is not intended to be a high-end-salary position at this point. We are ramping up and the pay is $20/hour. This can grow as multiple avenues are available. At this point, we are interested in someone who has entrepreneurial and semi-altruistic goals (as do we.) If a parallel desire is to grow a financially solvent enterprise, we can include this as part of the mix depending on talent and passions.
BTW, we have a cute, pied-à-terre desert adobe that can be part of the package if have always wanted a second desert address or even a first address (if a small place suffices.)
