JOB DESCRIPTION- MARKETING ASSISTANT

Skills:
Good knowledge of, or the willingness to learn more about, Cipolline Osteria and
the local business community.
Exceptional language skills, both oral and written.
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
A high degree of interpersonal competency and the ability to work well with adiverse
group of people or population.
Ability to use good judgment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
Strong organizational Skills.
Displays good speaking skills and can represent Cipolline Osteria positively.
Time Commitment:
10-15 hours per week will be allocated to creating contacts, distributing materials physically and virtually, and communicating and interacting with local contacts.
Meeting at least once a week to identify challenge areas and to develop marketing strategies, analyze reach, and review the marketing calendar and other local calendars for
upcoming events.
Essential Duties:
Primary objective: The Marketing Assistant is responsible to bring new sales and guest counts as a direct result of their efforts.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining the Cipolline Osteria image to a wide
audience.
Work closely with, and builds a collaborative relationship with the city’s tourism committees and groups.
Inform the store Managers of any advertising and large town events affecting operations.
Represent Cipolline Osteria at outside events
