AtWork is looking to hire experienced cultivation techs to start as soon as possible!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Location: Desert Hot Springs, CA
Responsibilities:
- Assist with greenhouse operations, including planting, watering, and maintaining plants
- Irrigate plants according to established schedules and guidelines
- Conduct regular garden maintenance activities, such as weeding and pruning
- Utilize hand tools and equipment to perform necessary tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and successful outcomes
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a greenhouse or farm setting is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- MUST have an active City of DHS live scan!
