Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced trimmers and cultivation techs to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Trim and prune plants using hand tools to ensure healthy growth
- Perform basic math calculations for measuring and cutting tasks
- Assist in the growing process by following specific guidelines
- Irrigate plants as needed to maintain proper hydration levels
- Engage in heavy lifting activities to move plants or materials as required
Experience:
- Previous experience in trimming and cultivation is mandatory
- Familiarity with greenhouse operations is a plus
- Experience working in a garden or farm setting is beneficial
MUST have an active live scan with the city of Desert Hot Springs. If you do not have one, AtWork will help you obtain one.
