Compensation: Potential to make $20.00/hour when hourly rate is combined with bonus program.
Base pay: $16.50 an hour, increase to 16.75 after 90-day probation. Bonus program, 2 weeks paid vacation, 11 paid holidays.
Experience helpful but not necessary, we will train.
This is a factory environment producing heavy steel components. Applicants must be capable of regularly moving/lifting and standing for long periods of times.
8am to 4:30pm shift with 2–15-minute breaks & a half hour lunch.
Responsibilities:
Punch press operation, drilling, fluxing
Operate Machines as required
Move stud rails and pallets
Keep work area organized and neatly maintained
Daily communication with foreman on work progress
May be required to work overtime and weekends
Perform monthly inventory with team
Qualifications:
Work independently & with a team, at times with minimal supervision
Able to lift 50+ pounds & stand on feet for 8+ hours
Ability to meet company's reliability standard for employees to include consistent attendance
Basic English language proficiency and ability to read a tape measure is required
Simple arithmetic, weight &/or measuring is required
Excellent communication skills & attention to detail
Must be mechanically inclined, but willing to train the right individual
Effective problem-solving abilities
Must be at least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the United States
Shipping and/or Welding experience a plus
