We are currently looking for an Apartment Manager for affordable housing near Blythe.

The primary day-to-day tasks include resolving any tenant concerns, keeping track of the overall condition of the property to schedule repairs, and maintaining necessary paperwork.
You must be able to effectively communicate, and be able to handle any conflict with tact and professionalism, as you interact with potential and current tenants.
We have a great and dedicated team of property management staff, and headquarters administrative staff, for you to learn from and work with, and there is ongoing training offered to help you succeed as a property manager.
Apartment managing experience, great customer service, and knowledge of apartment software.
Must have a clean DMV, reliable transportation, and pass a background check. An apartment unit is NOT included for this position.
