Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients to facilitate timely collections
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of collections activities
- Work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating a positive attitude
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays as needed
- Ability to thrive in an upbeat, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Experience in collections preferred, but not required
