About us

We are a small electrical contractor business that is growing rapidly in Residential, Commercial and Solar

We are currently looking to hire a part-time Office Secretary to support our growing operation. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in construction office administration who’s organized, reliable, and ready to take ownership of day-to-day office tasks, and grow with a new company, and potential full time.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Answering phones, emails, and coordinating with clients and vendors.

Scheduling installations and coordinating with field crews.

Preparing and organizing estimates, invoices, job files, and permits.

Tracking project timelines, job orders, and material deliveries.

Payroll and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Maintaining office supplies and keeping operations organized.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Construction industry office experience (required or strongly preferred).

Strong skills in organization, communication, and multi-tasking.

Familiarity with QuickBooks, Excel, and other office software.

Confidence communicating with contractors, suppliers, and customers.

A dependable, detail-focused, and self-motivated personality.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
